I spent hours styling Barbie's hair & outfits in the back office of my parent's Sears catalog store. I just dated myself. So be it.

My story...

I have a sixth sense if you will. I can see how to help women improve their image so easily. Being able to provide assistance from head to toe just makes sense.

A start at K-State in Apparel & Textile Marketing lead me to managing 3 million dollar retail stores. The lack of payroll and corporate management drained me. I decided to head to cosmetology school, a dream since childhood. I had found my passion. My hubby and I decided to take a go at parenthood. I took over my father's real estate appraisal business and have been appraising for 16 years. A wonderful career, but not my calling. I missed fashion and was looking to find more joy. I started doing personal styling. Makeup & skincare was added to my styling services. I was able to utilize my background in hair to give advice towards an individual's entire image. Then, the final piece of the puzzle fit: an opportunity to get certified in Image Consulting and Color Analysis. Having all this education and training gives me an edge over most stylists in the industry. , it truly fills my cup by helping them look and feel their best.

I also offer some services that you may not know about.

Makeup Workshops

I offer classes on skincare and makeup to groups. It's amazing what a good skincare routine can do for your glow!

Coaching

Even stylists need a stylist. I have learned a lot over the last 5 years. I find that many stylists need some basic assistance with lighting, how to show up on camera, and confidence. If this is you...I'd love to help!

Public Speaking

I have had to just figure a lot out on my own...maybe this is a lot of other creatives out there. I also invested in myself. I have had some great life coaches. I'm happy to share my journey to self-confidence. It's been a long road.

You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers. Let's chat.

A snapshot of some of my favorite things.

Lindsey Wagers shooting the Couture for Cancer models.

If you can't find it, sometimes you have to make it from scratch.

Two beautiful sisters that let me go all in on makeup.

Two beautiful sisters that let me go all in on makeup.

I love that I got to even create costumes for the shoot.

The makeup got darker as the day got darker.

Wagers Photography has pure talent.

No words for how much I loved this shoot.

The headbands I made were almost as sweet as these 3 ladies.

Styling Couture for Cancer has been life changing for me.

Kristol Kumar didn't have to work too hard at this shoot. This lady is gorgeous.

Kristol Kumar did the photos for the hat article in the Topeka City Lifestyle Magazine. Such a fun shoot to work on. Note the photobomb by one of my favorite humans.
